Having purchased a similar fireplace from another store I saw this one at a very reasonable price and ordered one. It is very good value for the money and gives out a lot of heat, is well made, sturdy. Overall, a good buy!
We needed something to help heat our upstairs. Although it's meant for one room, it really works nicely for the entire second floor of our home. It fits perfectly in our upstairs loft. It looks nice, does not take up much space, but at the same time isn't to small either, is easily workable and the best feature is...it doesn't make a mess like our woodstove. :) I am extremely happy with this product and I have already recommended it to a co-worker.
I live in an older house, & my little heater is just great,it fits my rustic decor & keeps me nice and warm also it's pretty neat looking, I have an old fashioned kitchen/dining area,plus an archway into the living room--my heater is in my living room, but it keeps the entire area nice and cozy--I just really enjoy it I'd sure recomend it to others, of course I haven't gotten an Electric Bill yet, so I can't say how it is on electricity. I have been completely pleased with this item and would highly recommend it to anyone. It is lightweight (but not cheaply made) and could be easily moved and used in any room in the house. I mostly use it only with the flame (just for the coziness it provides to the room). However, it does provide powerful heat that warms the area very quickly, if you choose to use the heater. I am pleased with every aspect of this item and would definitely order it again without hesitation.
We have a false/mock fireplace area that we inserted it in and it looks great. We have hardwood floors that generally are a little cool in the winter and this stove puts out enough heat that we no longer have cold feet. The flames are realistic enough that my daughter was a little scared to touch the door (HA)Very pleased, would recommend, and would buy again.
The electronic stove works great and is very attractive. The heat is strong and warms a room nicely. The problem I had is that when shipped site to store the product came a bit smashed. We fixed it ourselves but I don't recommend shipping to your store.
Nice for any room!! Gives the effect of a fireplace without the mess. It really does give out heat to an entire room. It's ideal for those cold mornings and evenings! Perfect for the cool fall and winter weather in central Florida.
heats up my bedroom so well that I either need to shut it off or take my covers off. I could turn the thermostat to a lower setting if I felt like it but I love it when my room heats up within minutes. The flames are really realistic and the fireplace looks very authentic. The only downside I have seen about the product, is the fact that a lot of light comes out of the back of the fireplace and it distracts from the beauty of the flames at night. Maybe if you place the fireplace closer to the wall it might make a difference. Just a little FYI guys. Fireplaces are very romantic, so if you don't have one you and your special someone are really missing out.
The first stove I had sent to me had a broken lightbulb and I couldn't get it out to replace it. So, back to the store to return it. Then I had to order another on line. The second stove came just perfect. This is a lovely stove and an amazing value. I researched on the net for the best product/price. No one else — I mean NO ONE else — has a stove like this for this price. It seems like a far more expensive stove than the $128 I paid for it. It is sturdy (not plastic like many others) and big. While some on here said the flame was lame (which really worried me), it is, in fact, beautiful. The "logs" glow like very realistic embers and the flame effect up the back is perfect. It creates just a beautiful image. The heater is powerful and quiet. My only complaint is that it has a fair amount of light bleed from the back, which reflects on the wall. I've talked to others with these kind of electric stoves, however, and apparently they all do that. And the stove, when running the flame, makes a very soft humming sound, which apparently other makes do as well. Overall, this is a fantastic stove at an amazing price! And with the site-to-store option, no shipping costs! A really great value.
We use this fireplace/heater inside our RV. The heating element heats up the entire interior, and the fireplace adds an aesthetic warmth as well. The only problem is with the thin wooden slats that hold the backing in place. These were shipped broken, and can break easily when removing the back panel.
